Medicum sized Chinese Elm. This would be a great first bonsai tree. Chinese Elm are easy to care for and quite resilient. They still require regular watering but are much more forgiving than most other species.
Estimated to be 8 years old.
This is a deciduous tree and will lose it's leaves in winter.
